I need a small vac for stairs and quick pick ups. Years ago I had a Dustbuster--that's how old I am. So I did some research and decided this tool was the one for me. I was right. I've only used it once so far, but I love it. I just did the stairs and some spot cleaning and the battery is starting to wane but not bad. The power is great. The animal pet attachment looks bizarre and I had my doubts but it's amazing on rugs and furniture. Not so great for floors but that's when you use the wand or the brush. It's VERY light. That came as a pleasant surprise because my hand gets tired from carrying around anything heavy. I mean, it's surprisingly light. I just emptied the dust out and that was pretty logical. The directions are compact so you need to use some common sense. The thing that had me stumped was the on/off button. The directions say to move it to the right. Duh! You PUSH it in. Why don't direction writers have an English teacher proofread? Here I am and I'm not expensive.
So buy this and I hope you like it as much as I do. I do love a good tool that does the job. This Max vacuum and my husband fit the bill to a "T".
