1. What is your Return Policy?

To Refund or Return Please Follow These Steps:

  1. Call 1-800-629-3325 to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  2. Download the Return/Exchange RMA Form

2. How do I cancel an order?

Call 1-800-629-4329 to request an order cancellation. It is strongly recommended that you cancel an order as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee any cancellations.

Note: Order can NOT be cancelled once the order has been shipped.

3. What forms of shipping do you offer?

Standard Ground: 1 - 5 Business Days - (48 Contiguous States Only)
Second Day Air Express: 2 Business Days - (48 Contiguous States, Alaska & Hawaii)
Next Day Air Express: 1 Business Day - (48 Contiguous States Only)

4. Where do I find warranty information on products?

Every brand has their own warranty information.

Under the Brands navigation, locate the brand you are looking for then click on the Warranty link.

5. What countries do you ship to?

We ship orders worldwide.

Note: Honda products can be shipped and sold in the US only.

6. What is the time cutoff for express shipping?

All express orders including Next Day & 2Day must be submitted before 1 PM (PST) Monday - Friday to be shipped on the same day.

Delivery will be based on the next business day. Orders submitted after 1 PM (PST). will be shipped the next business day.

Express freight Items over 150lb cutoff is 11 AM (PST).

7. What are the rules and restrictions for free shipping?

Spend just $49 or more and receive Fast FREE Ground Shipping on your order, Plus for those of you who need your order even quicker, for spending $49 or more we pass the savings on to you by offering Discounted Express Shipping. For orders under $49 you will only pay a flat fee of $6.95.

This shipping offer applies to the Continental US ONLY. All locations outside the Continental US will receive discounted shipping, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

8. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only to residents of California.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We accept Paypal. You can select this option during the checkout process.

International credit cards are accepted.

10. Can I have my order shipped to an address that's different from my billing address?

Yes. During the checkout process you may enter a separate shipping address and billing address.
